Log 12, Jugando. Plant life seems to shrink as we make it further away from the marsh. The temperatures fall even lower. That does not stop life though. Only strong and resourceful creatures call this area home. One of these hardy creatures is the jugando. Jugando are medium-sized omnivores that run around the frozen plateau looking for food. These creatures keep warm by carrying heat orbs. Heat orbs are small shrubs that emit constant warmth, making them perfect for trips out in the cold. The heat orbs do benefit from the jugando carrying them as the seeds of the heat orb tend to latch onto the jugando’s fur. Jugandos live in burrows; they make trips out in the cold to look for food. A jugando burrow will consist of multiple heat orbs and sometimes two to three pups. Pups don’t have fur and must be cared for by the parents. Despite the harsh climate jugando burrows are very homely and welcoming. It’s warm, cozy, and filled with loving parents that will protect their young. Wish mine was like that.
