Humans
Humans, Where to start. Biologically they've evolved in an artificial environment up in space. Their big eyes, pale skin, and long limbs are a result of constantly being in space. Most organs are either pressurized or have extra muscle to function in lower gravity. Despite living in lower gravity their quite strong, multitudes of thin muscle move and pull their long limbs. The blood of a human is highly poisonous due to millions of years of eating more and more processed foods. Their brains are incredible with many having a mind like a super computer. This, along with other things, has made them to be considered the smartest race in the galaxy. Society wise humanity rules the galaxy. Their planet didn't have the ideal conditions to go to space, this forced innovation and a deeper understanding of universal laws. Other races that made it too space at the time simply had better resources available meaning they were less intellectually developed when they became space faring. When humans finally made it to space they were mentally above all other space faring beings at the time. Couple that with 20 million years of technological advancement and you have yourself a supreme race. They set up all laws governing the interaction or trade of alien species, created a map of the entire universe, and posses weapons beyond comprehension. Thankfully they keep to themselves. Unless there is a problem between races of separate planets then they don't intervene. They aren't peaceful though, keeping the whole galaxy at peace isn't done through just laws and paper work. The Head of War, Farquid Senior, is a dark figure. Considered the leader of humanity he has full access to all their technology, and he's used it on others for "the certainty of peace". While Humans are kind beings they are certainly not to be messed with what so ever.
