The codorians are an intelligent aquatic species of omnivores that live in the waters of their oceanic home. Being under the water fire was not an option for these people and so they used the principles of physics to manipulate their environment. Since they relied so heavily on physics they understood it to a remarkable degree, the basic principles of how the universe worked were discovered before metalworking. They are so knowledgeable on physics that they can break it. Forcing objects into one another, rapid acceleration, and phasing through objects, this species knows nearly every way to break the laws of reality. As you might expect breaking reality isn’t easy and it requires very precise movements, which the codorians achieve through the second brain in their hand. The hand brain can give many details about an object through just touch, the exact mass, gravity, density of particles, etc. Having a brain in your hand also allows for precision seen in machines, which this species uses to its advantage. Many reality-breaking inventions are made by the codorians and sold throughout the galaxy, the most popular is the codorian engine. Two poles with their ends clipped into each other are put in a box and presto, smooth flight on any axis. The codorian engine is used in many things like cars, hover bikes, and planetary ships; they aren’t ideal for space travel as the speed is insufficient. The codorians have certainly made a place for themselves in the universe; they now sit on their home planet and relax in the cool ocean waves.
